It started with some crazy personality test on the computer and a ton of paperwork. Then there was a background check. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to make something bad seem good. They bragged about how awesome they are. They did a lot of chit-chatting instead of asking actual questions. The personality assessment on the computer was basically the deciding factor.

You'll start with an orientation and a safety quiz, and we'll go over what's expected of both the employer and the employee. Everything is laid out clearly, either in the handbook or verbally. Safety is a huge priority for them, ensuring no one gets hurt. Clients mainly need general laborers for cleanup tasks, which can range from construction site cleanup to working at a retail store. It's a great experience.
