Recruiting Specialist
It started with a pretty basic initial phone interview where we talked about the day-to-day stuff and what I'm looking for in my next job. I got set up for a video interview for the next week on Microsoft Teams, right then and there. The video interview was a panel with the person who did the phone screen and two upper management folks. We mostly went through resumes and then they asked a TON of STAR method questions. It was about an hour long. If you prep some scenarios, you'll be good. Salaries are on the low end, but the interviewers were nice and seemed to care about their employees.
- Can you describe a situation where you had a disagreement with your supervisor?
- What feedback did your supervisor give you during a past performance review, specifically regarding strengths and areas for improvement?
