I applied online and got an email with a questionnaire about my work experiences, key skills, and how coworkers would describe me, etc. It had 17 questions. After I submitted it, I didn't hear back for 3 months, so I emailed the HR recruiter. The next day, the VP emailed me for a phone interview, which was about an hour long. I had to follow up again with an email, and a month after that, the VP emailed to schedule a face-to-face interview. During that interview, they asked if I could meet with the VP's boss. I never heard back after that. I emailed them two weeks later, but still no response.

I had an interview with 3 supervisors for the Administrative Assistant role. The main interviewer didn't seem very engaged. They asked questions that were already covered in my resume.
