Content Expert
I went through three interviews for the Content Expert role. It was frustrating because I didn't know the interview process, like the number of rounds, if there would be an assignment, or who I would be talking to, even after asking multiple times. Everyone I spoke to was nice, and they all said I would move on. The fourth stage was a content assignment with minimal instructions that I had five days to complete. I put a lot of effort into it and submitted it on time, but the hiring manager never acknowledged it. It's been eight weeks since I submitted, and I haven't heard back despite following up twice with the hiring manager and once with HR.
- What motivates your interest in this position?
Client Solutions Analyst
The first interview was online via Teams, featuring light technical questions and mostly 'tell us about yourself' type questions across two interviews. The second and final interview round was onsite in Zug, mixing technical questions, motivation checks, and a few brain teasers over three interviews. This was followed by a case study.
- What is an evergreen and why would clients invest in an evergreen?
Intern
it was very smooth, with a mix of behavioral and technical interviews for the PE role. There were 3 rounds: first an analyst interview, then a senior interview, and finally case studies. Everything was wrapped up by December with offers being sent out.
- Can you explain an LBO paper?
- What is EV/EBITDA?
- What is capex?
Team Assistant
This was a super long interview process with many virtual/phone chats and one in-person day. I went in and was there for like 3 hours talking to 4 people and got a tour. Getting feedback after that was like pulling teeth. They said I had to meet one more person. After a lot more days, I followed up again. 3 days later, they told me some amazing candidate came in the week before and they hired her right then. I was shocked they didn't even tell me the week before when it happened. They clearly don't respect anyone's time but their own. Huge red flag company.
- How do you feel about work-life balance?
