First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at P3 Group.
Software Tester
I was contacted via Linkedin about a potential offer. We scheduled an interview that went quite well, and the people were very welcoming and friendly. However, the wait after the interview was a negative point, with constant delays and poor excuses. I wish they had more respect for potential hires and had given me a rejection sooner if I wasn't a good fit, rather than keeping me waiting while interviewing others.
- Beyond basic testing tools, how can product quality be enhanced?
Software Developer
I had an interview that involved discussing my past experience, then a code-along with the dev team, and finally an HR chat. The coding challenge was of medium difficulty, focusing on React specifics and JavaScript. I had to code a timer with a few unique requirements and delve into optimizing rendering cycles.
- Can you explain the JS event cycle and how it operates?
Test Engineer
The phone interview covered the application process and company image. During this initial conversation, they asked about my motivation and goals. Afterward, I was invited for an in-person meeting. In the personal meeting, the company was introduced. They reviewed my resume and then presented a brain teaser. No technical questions were asked.

Consultant
The hiring process took about 3 months and had two interviews. The first was online, and the second was in person at P3's office with the hiring partner. It took almost a month after the interviews for the team to confirm I got the job and send a contract. However, the CEO rejected the signing because he wasn't aware of the hire. After I contacted the hiring partner for clarity, I was told top management was reconsidering its hiring strategy and would provide an update soon. It's now been 6 months, and I haven't heard anything since. This was a super disappointing experience. They offered me the job without a signed contract and failed to provide any updates or decisions on my employment status.
- Can you tell me about your consulting experience and how you would approach designing a project for a company looking to overhaul its production process?
