It was three interviews in total (online, phone). First with the department and then with HR. The atmosphere was pleasant. There were specific questions about competencies, a good presentation of the company and the department, and all questions were answered directly.

The hiring process took about 3 months and had two interviews. The first was online, and the second was in person at P3's office with the hiring partner. It took almost a month after the interviews for the team to confirm I got the job and send a contract. However, the CEO rejected the signing because he wasn't aware of the hire. After I contacted the hiring partner for clarity, I was told top management was reconsidering its hiring strategy and would provide an update soon. It's now been 6 months, and I haven't heard anything since. This was a super disappointing experience. They offered me the job without a signed contract and failed to provide any updates or decisions on my employment status.

Behavioral Case

I sent my CV on Linkedin and got a reply about a month later. First, there was a general call from HR. If I passed that, I had an interview with a senior consultant from the team I was applying to, which included a business case. Then, there was a final interview with my future 1:1. The senior consultant and the 1:1 made the final decision. Once they agreed, I had another call with HR to discuss salary, which was already set, but it was to see if it met my expectations.
