The phone interview covered the application process and company image. During this initial conversation, they asked about my motivation and goals. Afterward, I was invited for an in-person meeting. In the personal meeting, the company was introduced. They reviewed my resume and then presented a brain teaser. No technical questions were asked.

The atmosphere was very personal and pleasant. There were questions about the company and very detailed questions about my CV. Many technical questions, for example, about my thesis and other work during my studies. Additional technical questions to assess competencies. A small thinking/calculation task that only needed pen and paper to solve in 15 minutes. Afterwards, I presented the result. Finally, there was a feedback round about the interview and a chance for me to ask my questions. All in all, it was very pleasant and a very fast application process. I never had to wait more than a few days for a response.

It took three months to hear back after submitting my resume. Then there were two interview rounds. The HR person was nice initially, but their treatment of their employees made me question if I really wanted the job. They eventually offered me 200 euros for 6 hours of work, which I guess is typical for Serbia.
