Infrastructure Support Engineer
So, this interview process was really messy and nobody communicated anything. First, the HR person didn't show up for the first virtual meeting I had scheduled with her, and didn't even let me know. I had to chase her up to find out it wasn't happening. After I finally finished the technical interviews at the end, everything just stopped. HR completely ghosted me for over 9 weeks, and still haven't responded. No updates, no feedback, nothing. I didn't even get a basic rejection or an update, just left hanging. Total waste of time.
- What salary are you looking for?
- Tell me what you know about the OMP company.

The interview went pretty well. Started with an online assessment, then had three face-to-face interviews. The first was technical, the second focused on Supply Chain, and the last was an HR round. It was a good experience overall; the questions were moderately difficult and logical, and the interviewers were friendly.
- Could you implement a function to calculate the factorial of a number?
- How would you find all prime numbers within a given range, say from 1 to N?
- There were also questions testing general aptitude and critical thinking skills.

The interview had a "Business Interview" phase, but I wasn't sure what to expect and they didn't provide an agenda even when I asked. It involved discussing my background with two technical people. It felt very formal, with introductions and career/academic discussions. Then, out of the blue, I had to present my portfolio, which wasn't on the agenda, but luckily I had it ready. They weren't impressed with my case study because it didn't match their expectations (again, no agenda). The interview was in English, but I sometimes struggled to understand the interviewers due to their Belgian accents and the room's acoustics. It felt like failure was inevitable given these circumstances.
- Could you discuss your background and qualifications, and then present your portfolio?
- Please share your background, qualifications, and be prepared to present your portfolio.

This company's HR is a super unprofessional and irresponsible and ridiculous person! I don't get why such an employee can work for a company, any company, and she is even a HR(representative of a company's culture) . This is the thing: I applied for a position in this company. Then I received an interview invitation by Calendly by her. I prepared for the meeting and especially asked a day off for the interview. Guess what happened? Within half hour to the scheduled time, she canceled the meeting. Then after a couple of days later, she sent another meeting invitation. Ok then I took another day off for it. Then this time, guess what, she just even didn't show up when I called her via Teams. I waited there for the whole scheduled period(half hour), until the end she didn't show up! After a couple of days, she sent another invitation link. AGAIN, for the THIRD time I took a day off and waited for the scheduled time, and again she didn't show up!!! What is this? Are you deliberately wasting my time to finish your KPI??? A SUPER ANNOYING experience with OMP, which pissed me off. I don't wanna have any connection with this company at all any more. And I'll also share this with my other IT friends and colleagues. I'm telling truth. I can provide all the evidence if needed.
