I was given a timed quiz that lasted for an hour. The questions were technical and seemed too much for the allotted time. I was not told my score and was informed they were not proceeding with my application. I suspect an AI handled the assessment.

Behavioral Technical Group Case Presentation

The application process was spread across two days. Day one involved interviews with middle and senior management, some of whom would become my direct managers. In total, there were about 5 interviews covering interests, personality, supply chain knowledge, and technical skills. If deemed compatible, you'd be invited for day two. This consisted of a group business case on supply chain and a technical test on linear programming and high-level programming knowledge (pseudo-code). The process might have changed due to COVID (this was pre-COVID).

  • Can you describe your expertise in supply chain management?
  • Please elaborate on your thesis subject.

So the interview had a few parts. First, I had to do this online technical test on HackerRank, which was all about solving problems, thinking logically, and checking basic tech stuff. After I passed that, they had me talk to someone from the hiring team. In that chat, we mostly went over my education, my internships, and if I knew anything about supply chains. They also asked about how I think analytically, my understanding of business processes, and if I was keen on supply chain planning software. The interviewer also explained what the job involves and how it helps clients with their supply chain plans globally. It felt like they were checking if I had the tech skills and if I'd fit in.
