There are two interview parts spread across different days. You only move to the second day if the first one goes well. The difficulty is medium, but you should always prepare. The first part has basic questions with three senior managers or partners (30 mins each) and the CEO (10 mins). The second part has two individual tests focusing on logical thinking (algorithmic programming) and modeling (adapting an LP and MIP), plus a group case study with four people. The case study is about managers disagreeing on accepting an offer below their usual price. After reading the case, there's a Q&A with the 'managers'. The questions involve analyzing their supply chain, building an LP for it, assessing the financial, HR, and strategic impacts of the new offer, and then presenting your solution with follow-up questions.

Got contacted by a recruiter because my profile matched on the University Careers site, which happened after I chatted with someone from the company at the career fair. Then there was an online test for basic tech skills and knowledge about the subject. After passing that, I had a 1-hour interview with a senior consultant where we talked about how my background fits the job, questions about my resume, and some tricky brain teasers. Right after, with a short break in between, a presentation round was set up with two consultants. I had to present on any supply chain topic I wanted. It was a 30-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.

The whole thing took about two months and I haven't gotten an offer yet. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout the interviews. I'm hoping to hear back from them with an offer later on.
