It was a pretty chill interview, the person interviewing me was nice and made sure the questions were easy to understand. They really wanted to know about my past jobs and also asked me to answer some made-up scenarios. Overall, I think it would be smart to look up some info about the job and the company beforehand.

Had 2 phone calls, both with the sales manager. I was expecting to talk with more people on both calls, but the hiring manager was sick. After the 2nd call, the sales manager said they wanted to make me an offer, but I first needed to speak with the hiring manager. That call never got scheduled, and then HR sent me an email saying they decided to hire someone else. This was the first time an interviewer said they wanted to make me an offer and then never followed up. I thought it was a really unprofessional way to handle things.

The first part of the interview was a phone call. They had my resume already but kept asking about my lack of logistics experience. They seemed really stuck on that for the whole call, and it ended pretty quickly once they confirmed I didn't have it for this entry-level job. I'm not sure why they set up the call if it wasn't to check my work ethic, since experience wasn't the main thing, it just felt like a waste of time and a big turn-off. They ghosted me after anyway.

Applied online and got an email the same day to schedule a phone interview. The interview was pretty standard, but the recruiter was kind of shady and did a bait and switch. They interviewed me for the import coordinator role, but kept saying they thought I'd be a better fit for sales, which they're having trouble filling. Near the end, they pushed sales again and said they could get me in front of the hiring manager the next day if I was open to it. I said I wasn't interested in sales and wanted to interview for the import coordinator job. After that, the recruiter just ended the call and ghosted me. Super unprofessional. I get recruiters have quotas, but they should respect applicants' time and wishes.
