A recruiter reached out about a Human Resources role. The initial interview was alright, and even though the recruiter was new, they did a decent job of explaining the company. The second interview, however, did not go well, and I never heard back after that despite my follow-ups. The whole process felt a bit disorganized and unprofessional.
