Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process generally consists of a few steps to check out candidates. First, there's usually a screening to see if you're qualified and a good fit. Then, you'll likely face interviews that test your technical skills and how you solve problems. After that, you might have a behavioral interview to understand your past experiences and how you handle things at work. Lastly, a final interview will likely involve a more open discussion and give you a chance to ask any questions you still have.

The interview process at NoBroker generally involves 4 to 5 stages spread over a week or two. It kicks off with an online coding challenge that tests your grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Following that, you'll go through two technical interviews. These will dive into live coding, low-level design, and either system architecture or frontend architecture, depending on the specific role you're applying for. After the technical evaluations, there's a managerial interview to discuss your past project experience and how you'd fit with the team. The process wraps up with an HR interview, which covers salary expectations and cultural alignment. The company really values strong problem-solving abilities, good design sense, and practical thinking throughout the process.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were supportive. The first round was a telephonic round with HR, where they asked basic questions about Python and the number of LeetCode questions solved. The second round was with a tech person and also went smoothly, focusing on resume projects. For me, there were three technical rounds in total, all based on my resume projects and LeetCode questions. I was given an API to request data, put it into a Pandas DataFrame, and then asked to manipulate it. We also discussed Classical ML. That's all about it. The interviewers were supportive, and overall it was a good and smooth experience.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Mostly discussion goes on KNN & K-Means Clustering
  • and some asked for Probability questions as well

Behavioral Case

It started with resume shortlisting, then an HR call for about 30 minutes where they asked about my work history and general questions like my motivation for joining. Someone else contacted me afterward, asking similar questions, and mentioned I'd be contacted if shortlisted. The next day, I received an interview invitation. The interviewer was almost an hour late, but the interview began with brief introductions, followed by discussions about my work experience, college background, and then I was presented with a situation to give my views on.
