Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NoBroker.
Inside Sales Executive
It was a phone interview. They asked if I spoke Hindi. Then they asked some basic questions like why I wanted the job and what marketing is. After that, they said if I liked the job, we could move on to the next step which was an aptitude test. It was pretty easy.
- Do you speak Hindi?
- What are your reasons for wanting this job?
- Can you define marketing?
Business Development Executive
The interview process was quite slow, taking over a week to complete. There were 3 rounds in total. I ended up declining the offer due to their policy of requiring a 6-day work week and the absence of any hybrid work options.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
