The interview process involved a recruiter call, a technical screen, and a presentation. We were asked to explain a topic and sell a product, also to explain in English and regional languages. There was a self-introduction and communication skills test. They asked about nobroker, wifi, and system knowledge.

So, first there was this initial screening, which was just a phone call. They wanted to check if I was basically qualified, if I could talk okay, and if I was actually interested. They asked stuff like 'tell me about yourself,' 'what's your background,' 'have you done this before,' and 'why do you want this job.' Oh, and they also brought up pay and when I could start. Then came this aptitude test, which was like a problem-solving, logic, and numbers thing. It was multiple choice, testing my math, word skills, and if I knew anything about the job itself. Some companies also throw in questions about what you'd do in certain situations. The last part was the final interview, either in person or video. It was either technical or HR stuff, depending on the job. If it was technical, they'd ask about skills, give case studies, or ask how I'd solve problems. If it was HR, it was more about if I'd fit in, behavioral questions, and if I was ready to do the work. We also talked about salary again, what the job's like, and company rules.

For this role, there are two main steps. First, you need to pass a basic online test. After waiting about 5 to 6 days, you'll get a call for the second round, which is a telephonic interview. They'll send you a link, and after you finish, you have to wait at least another 6 days for the results.
