The interview process seemed straightforward, and I felt I had over-prepared. They seemed to ask questions from a list that didn't really align with the responsibilities of a store manager. Their focus was more on my background in content creation rather than my experience leading a team. The interview took place in a loud cafe, making it difficult to hear.

The process might involve behavioral questions about leadership, problem-solving, and communication. You could also be asked to present solutions for hypothetical work situations. Some places might do skills tests or check references before making a final offer. This whole thing usually takes about one to two weeks.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, involving a one-on-one meeting that covered a mix of personality-based quizzes and questions, assessments of your character, past experiences, and how you'd handle hypothetical situations.

So, after you send in your resume and cover letter, and they think you're a good fit, the interview process usually kicks off. First up, there's often a quick pre-screening call, maybe over the phone or video, just to see if you've got the basics down, can you talk okay, and are you really interested in the job. If that goes well, you'll likely get invited to a more formal interview. This could be just you and one interviewer, or a whole panel, or even several rounds, depending on the role. They'll ask you stuff about your past jobs, what you're good at, what you're not so good at, how you solve problems, and what you'd do in certain work situations. You also get a chance to ask them about the company and the gig. Sometimes, they might want you to do a skills test or a presentation to show what you know. Once all the interviews are done, they'll look at everyone, check your references, and then decide. If they pick you, you'll get an offer, and you might have to do some back and forth on the details before you officially say yes.
