Store Manager
The interview process seemed straightforward, and I felt I had over-prepared. They seemed to ask questions from a list that didn't really align with the responsibilities of a store manager. Their focus was more on my background in content creation rather than my experience leading a team. The interview took place in a loud cafe, making it difficult to hear.

Store Manager
I had 1 interview with the District Manager and then 1 phone interview with the Regional Manager. Both were super quick for a Store Manager role, which honestly surprised me since I got an offer. I guess networking with the District Manager and knowing someone who used to be a Store Manager really helped. It didn't feel like a super deep interview though.
- What's your approach to dealing with employee theft?
Assistant Store Manager
I had two interviews for this role. First, I spoke with the store manager, which was pretty laid-back. Then, I had a more official interview with the district manager. It was a pretty straightforward process overall.
- What's your approach when dealing with an employee who isn't meeting expectations?
