The pay was lower than expected, and the company culture seemed a bit off (one person said they prioritized Fidelity over customers, though some were nice). The interview process was multi-stage, covering both technical skills and behavioral aspects. It started with a resume walkthrough where I discussed my experience and skills, feeling I could have stressed my use of tools like Salesforce more. They said the role needs 1-3 years of experience and pays $75k-$85k for client data work and interaction management; I went for the lower end given my experience. Later, we talked technical skills, like Python, SQL, and Alteryx, focusing on automation and big data. I also got behavioral questions about moving and my career path. For the SQL part, there was a challenge to spot errors in a query.

So there were three rounds in total. The first round was with a team lead and an engineering manager. Then the second round had an engineer and a manager asking questions one after the other. The third round was more focused on behavior and included the same team lead from the first round along with a different manager. I also got about fifteen minutes to ask the team lead any questions I had left. The whole thing felt pretty structured and thorough.
