I had a screening call, then went through three more rounds. The first two interviews were with VPs, and the final one was with an MD. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions, no case study though. The whole thing took about five weeks.

Had a really disappointing interview experience. The questions they asked were trivial and kind of irrelevant. The interviewer seemed more interested in talking about her podcast than actually interviewing me. I couldn't get answers to several company-specific questions. I never heard back after the interview, but even if I had, I would have turned down the offer because the experienced employee(s) seemed inept and the HR/communication was terrible. Overall, a disappointing experience. There are definitely better firms out there that are clearly better at hiring and keeping good people.

It was a 5-stage interview process. I did an excel test. The hiring managers and analysts were really nice during the interview. The overall interview atmosphere was pleasant. I made it to the final stage but only got an automated rejection email with no explanation. The HR's handling of this was disappointing.
