Analyst
The interview process involved two rounds with the Olympic team, and then I got an offer. It wasn't bad, and everyone was super friendly! They had good communication between rounds, and then I formally received my offer in November. I'd suggest preparing in advance.
- Tell me about your favorite Olympic sport.
Intern
It was a nice interview and felt genuine. I think I got the job but heard back after two weeks. They asked general and conversational questions. I prepped about the company, its culture, and the day-to-day responsibilities.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What makes you interested in this particular role?
Software Engineer
This was a really positive interview experience, everyone was super welcoming and kind. They've got the developer hiring process down! It's a sane, fair, and respectful approach. It started with a recruiter call, then an interview with a dev manager who was very nice. Next was a technical interview where I showed off an app I built and walked through the code – no Leetcode or take-homes, just demonstrating my work. This really respects a candidate's time and is very practical, plus inclusive. Finally, I interviewed with architects and product owners. This part was technical and behavioral, again focusing on practical questions, not obscure trivia. Even though I didn't get the offer, it was communicated kindly and respectfully, preserving my dignity. If you want a company that respects you and your time, apply here. I'll try again!
- Showcasing an existing project from GitHub was a key part of the interview.
Production Manager
Video Screening Interview. I did not want to do video. No video. Video is discriminatory against people with disabilities, gender, and ethnic background. I only want to be judged on my qualifications. This round included several questions about my experience, salary expectations, and confirmation of my remote working status and willingness to work in the future at the Stamford office. I am still waiting to hear about the next round.
- How do you communicate with your team?
- Do you have experience with live events?
- What are your salary expectations?
