Technical Behavioral

This was a really positive interview experience, everyone was super welcoming and kind. They've got the developer hiring process down! It's a sane, fair, and respectful approach. It started with a recruiter call, then an interview with a dev manager who was very nice. Next was a technical interview where I showed off an app I built and walked through the code – no Leetcode or take-homes, just demonstrating my work. This really respects a candidate's time and is very practical, plus inclusive. Finally, I interviewed with architects and product owners. This part was technical and behavioral, again focusing on practical questions, not obscure trivia. Even though I didn't get the offer, it was communicated kindly and respectfully, preserving my dignity. If you want a company that respects you and your time, apply here. I'll try again!

Behavioral Technical

It started with a phone interview that felt really comfortable, like I was talking to a real person. I was in a hurry because I had other offers, and they were super accommodating with my timeline. After the phone call, I had an in-person interview with management where we discussed some programming scenarios. The day wrapped up with a tour and a meeting with the CTO. Honestly, it was a pretty enjoyable experience.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied online with just my resume for a full-time role, but they called me back for a postgrad intern position. The first thing was a long behavioral interview that felt like it went on for an hour. After that, there was an easy technical interview with no real algorithms or system design stuff, which made me think the engineers there aren't too bright. They didn't even ask me about my previous internship, so I don't think it really showed my skills. I heard back about two weeks later. I already had another offer, so not getting this job wasn't a big deal.
