It was a super straightforward interview process, happening online via Zoom due to COVID. There was just one main interview with maybe one or two quick follow-ups. They wanted to know about my experience, my tech skills, and if I was open to moving for the job. I only ended up talking to one person throughout the whole thing.

If you want to get an interview, the best way is to reach out to someone directly (via email); I emailed the hiring manager and got an email back two and a half weeks later with an interview offer; I scheduled the interview for a couple of weeks after that; during the interview, they asked general questions about my background and previous work; no weird questions were asked; it wasn't a super tough interview, but it's good to have a few questions ready to ask because it might be a short interview given how casual it was; I also got a tour of the station.

I got a call to set up an interview and then went into the office. The manager was really arrogant and acted like a know-it-all. It didn't feel like an entry-level interview at all. He seemed more interested in my sports knowledge than my actual resume experience. I think he was just trying to hit a quota of interviews.

  • Can you predict the future of the Eagles team?
