The interview process involved a meeting with the manager, followed by one with the CFO. The decision-making process took a while, but overall it was a positive experience. The people I met were friendly and confident. I felt like I would enjoy working with them, and it was a worthwhile use of my time.

The process was super smooth and straightforward. They asked questions about my project and program experience. It was a panel interview with the director and the program management team. They wanted to know about my past project and program management experience, my IT skills, teamwork ability, time management, and monitoring, evaluation, and reporting skills, among other things. The interview itself took about 30 to 45 minutes, and I heard back within a week.

Technical Presentation

So, if you're thinking about applying, get ready. They first got me excited with their enthusiastic outreach and then hit me with two detailed design tests as part of what they called a 'simple assessment.' I spent three whole nights working on it to make sure it was perfect, but then... nothing. No reply, no feedback. They seemed interested at first, but it all went cold after they got my work. They even reposted the job. Despite what their mission statement says, you're just a number here. If your time is valuable, maybe skip this one.

I applied for a role on the DemTech team. The process was pretty straightforward l: I heard from HR for a phone screen about two weeks after I submitted my app online. I got the second interview invite later that week, but didn’t make it to the third/final round. They let me know three weeks later (within the window they told me) that I was not advancing.
