I got to the office a bit early, like 10 minutes before my interview. Then I had to wait an extra 35 minutes to actually get interviewed. Honestly, it felt like they already decided to hire me and the interview was just a formality. But making someone wait over 45 minutes is pretty unprofessional. During the interview, the manager took off their shoes and started massaging their feet. The questions were pretty basic and didn't really check my skills, education, or what I've done before. Even though it's an internship, I still expect to be treated with some respect. It all felt pretty insulting, which is weird for a company that does such good work globally.

I got an email to schedule a phone interview about two weeks after I applied on their website. The interview was in English, Spanish, and French. The job posting said only basic French was needed, but it was obvious during the interview they expected fluent French speakers.

I applied online and about a week later I got an email for a phone interview. After the phone interview, the next step was a written translation. The next step after that would have been another interview, but I didn't get that far. The interviewer was really nice, but I'm not sure if they had a lot of experience interviewing.
