Internship Program
Had a video interview, which was about 10 minutes long. During the interview, you're asked to introduce yourself in your native language and discuss your expectations and potential contributions to the program.
- Can you introduce yourself in English? Chinese is also acceptable.
- Please introduce yourself in your native language.
- What are your expectations for this program?
Station Officer
It started with a self-introduction and an eye test. Then there were questions about myself and some situational questions. After that, there was an online multiple-choice section with work-related situation questions. Finally, I was asked to do a body check. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I'm not sure why I haven't heard back from them yet.
- What are the responsibilities of a station officer?
- Tell us about yourself.
- How would you handle this situation?
Leasing Officer
I found the whole experience quite disappointing. The process was not impressive and it took a very long time, which was frustrating. The waiting periods were long and I often felt unsure about my application status. Also, HR was slow to respond and often unresponsive. I faced significant delays getting answers to my questions, which made it hard to move forward. This lack of timely communication made me feel neglected as a candidate and compounded my dissatisfaction. Overall, it created a negative impression of the company. I was expecting a more efficient process and better engagement from HR, but it didn't meet my expectations.
- What is a key factor for a successful mall?
Intern
You start by submitting your application online with your CV and cover letter. Then, you'll complete an aptitude test covering numerical reasoning, logic, and situational judgment. After that, there's an HR interview where they'll ask about your motivation and how you work in a team. Next, you'll participate in a group assessment where you'll need to design a campaign and show your collaboration skills. The final stage is a panel interview to test your analytical and creative thinking. They also throw in a quirky personality question to see how quickly you can think on your feet. If you're successful, you'll get an offer, followed by onboarding and orientation.
- How would you deal with a train service that unexpectedly stops during busy times?
