It was an online group discussion with a few directors from different departments and HR present. The directors turned off their cameras after their self-introductions and then spoke about their departments. The HR person was nice, and the overall vibe was good and relaxed.

So first, we had an online aptitude test that was sent over email. After that, there was a group discussion with about 6 people in each group, mainly focused on recent tech advancements impacting the railway industry. The last stage was a final panel interview.

starting in december, the process included an online assessment, which i think was a shl talent test. then there was a group interview followed by some secondary school liberal studies questions. after that, there was a written test and an opq test, which were the same as the previous ones but in written format. i'm currently waiting for a panel interview.
