Graduate Trainee
Submitted CV and personal details via the MTR webpage. Then took an online APT test, followed by a video interview with a few questions. Next was a face-to-face interview. Communication was via email and required meeting deadlines.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivates your interest in joining our company?
Graduate Trainee
I submitted my application online on Oct 31, 2019. Then on Nov 7, 2019, I got some online tests (numerical and verbal reasoning), an online interview, and an online written test. I had to complete these by Nov 13, 2019, 23:59. SHL handled the aptitude tests, and Vieple handled the interview and written test.
- Can you give us a quick introduction?
- What makes you a good fit for this Graduate Trainee Programme and why are you interested in it?
- Describe a situation where project goals, priorities, or deadlines were constantly changing. How did you ensure the project progressed?
Graduate Trainee
The interview process involved 5 rounds. It started with an aptitude test, followed by an online interview. Then there was a half-day assessment center, which was the hardest part. Finally, there was a final interview that included a group discussion with 9 candidates and an individual presentation. The whole thing took about 5 months, with an offer coming around February.
- Could you tell me the three values that are most significant to you?
