The interview was an online video interview. It consisted of a self-introduction in Cantonese, followed by questions in English about what you can contribute to the company and what you expect to learn. You had to record the entire thing in one go, and it should be 5 minutes and 20 seconds long. It's a bit tricky, so try not to record until the last minute because the web might crash.

The overall interview experience was very friendly. The interviewers were mild-mannered yet professional, making me feel completely relaxed right from the self-introduction through to the in-depth discussions. They listened patiently to every answer I gave and offered timely encouragement along the way. The whole process felt like a comfortable conversation rather than an interrogation—the atmosphere was particularly harmonious, with zero sense of pressure. It was genuinely a positive and enjoyable experience.

You start by submitting your application online with your CV and cover letter. Then, you'll complete an aptitude test covering numerical reasoning, logic, and situational judgment. After that, there's an HR interview where they'll ask about your motivation and how you work in a team. Next, you'll participate in a group assessment where you'll need to design a campaign and show your collaboration skills. The final stage is a panel interview to test your analytical and creative thinking. They also throw in a quirky personality question to see how quickly you can think on your feet. If you're successful, you'll get an offer, followed by onboarding and orientation.
