I applied through their website. First, I did some online coding and general logic tests. Then, there was a call with a recruiter where they asked basic motivational and behavioural questions. Finally, I had a 30-minute online face-to-face technical interview. Even though I was told I passed all stages, I never heard back.

I spoke with a Talent Manager on Teams. I got an offer but the schedule didn't work for my commute. They said I'd be put in a queue but there are no offers right now, so I might not stay in it. I thought I was invited to a group interview, but I was misinformed. I contacted the senior talent executive, but they didn't help and told me to talk to my talent manager. I never heard back about next steps. The senior talent executive also handles Glassdoor reviews.

So I got on the call and the interviewer asked me to share my screen. She started off asking about Singleton class but then the internet cut out briefly. After I got back on and shared my screen again, she asked me about the difference between abstract class and interface, and I gave like 3-4 points. Then she asked about encapsulation and normalization and its forms and I answered those too. Honestly, it felt like she was distracted the whole time, maybe on her phone. There were long pauses after my answers and I had to keep checking if I was still connected. It was super awkward, I even repeated an answer at one point. She just ended the call abruptly after like 5-10 minutes, saying 'okay, thank you'. Only three questions were asked. It was super disappointing because I prepped a lot. Even though I answered well, her lack of engagement made it feel like my prep wasn't even considered. It's frustrating when interviews feel like a formality and not a real evaluation. I hope they're more attentive next time because this is important for my career. I asked if I could answer the Singleton question again, but she was like 'it's okay'. When I asked for feedback, she just said 'you'll know when the results are out'.

There were two rounds on the same day. The morning interview felt pretty good, the interviewers were nice and I think I did well on the technical questions, which ranged from easy to hard. I felt I could have answered one question better. The afternoon interview was more casual and less technical. We spent about 30 minutes discussing my background, hobbies, and experiences, basically going through my CV. Then, I asked them about their daily tasks, the company culture, and the office environment. They also made a good impression.
