We began by discussing my background, including my experience and education. Then, we moved on to questions related to the job's requirements and my ability to perform those skills and responsibilities. The interviewer then asked if I had any questions. Overall, it was a great interview, one of the best I've experienced.

The interview was centered around my training at Mthree. We went over Linux, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and then some analytical and situational questions. All the questions were pretty tough, ranging from intermediate to advanced.

So, they seem to hire anyone. A delivery consultant reached out, we had a phone call, and then I got a Codility test, which I failed. Even after failing, I was still invited to interview, making me think they're really just eager for graduates. The interview started with a chat about my strengths, weaknesses, and motivation for finance. Then there was a technical interview covering my technical knowledge and some brainteasers. The key is to talk through your thought process, even if you don't know the answer. I got an offer the next day, but couldn't join because I hadn't finished uni. They said they'd let me know about the next training program, but never did. I followed up a month later, and they didn't even remember me. Very unprofessional. They then offered me another interview, which I declined.
