The interview went really well. It was great meeting a senior leader like Saima and learning more about the TPM role and Mastercard’s Payment Gateway Services. I found the discussion insightful, especially regarding project delivery and stakeholder management. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good chance for me to ask questions and talk about my background.

It was a pretty basic interview process. First, I had to do some online tests that involved common sense and Excel. Then, there was a regular interview where they asked me more about Excel and my fit for the job. After that, I was asked to tailor my resume multiple times using different templates they sent, which took a few hours. Finally, I was invited to a group interview. In the group interview, we were divided into teams and assigned roles like leader or problem-solver. My teammates were quite young and started claiming they were great leaders, turning it into a bit of a chaotic situation. We were given a desert island scenario and spent about two hours discussing the importance of various items, followed by a short five-minute presentation on how we'd use them to survive. I was later told I didn't get the job and wouldn't receive specific feedback. I haven't heard back from them since.

There were four rounds of interviews, which was great for meeting the team multiple times. The first three interviews went well. It's a great team doing great things to help people transition into the workforce. However, four interviews felt like overkill and the "ice breaker" questions in the fourth interview were unnecessary.
