So first I had a call with a recruiter where we talked about what I've done so far and what they do. Then there was a more technical interview where they asked about my past projects and some programming language or framework to check my level. And then there were like 2 more HR type interviews. They might have been in a different order though.

Coding Behavioral

The interview process started with online competency questions and some harder coding tasks. If you passed that, the next step was an HR interview via Teams, though the interviewer kept their camera off. It felt unfriendly and blunt. After about two weeks, I got an email saying a decision was coming soon and then a call from the interviewer with more questions about my commitment. They said I couldn't look for other jobs during the program even though it didn't guarantee a permanent role. I questioned this and was rejected that same day. It was a really upsetting experience. The next day, I was told about another "more suitable" role they could put me forward for, but I haven't heard back in over a month since responding. I was initially excited about training on the job and thought the company supported graduates, but they have this "no commitment" policy they use to make sure you have no other options and will stick with them long-term.
