I got this opportunity through my college. The interview process had a total of 4 rounds. The first was an online assessment conducted in our college. After being shortlisted, I proceeded to the second stage, which involved three rounds of interviews at the msg globel office. These included a technical round, a managerial round, and an HR round. They conducted the technical and HR rounds on the same day, postponing the managerial round to the next day due to time constraints. I successfully cleared the technical round and then attended the HR round. However, I was not selected for the subsequent round.

I applied for a tester position and went through a few rounds: first, an HR interview, then the hiring manager interview, followed by a week-long technical exam, and finally, an interview with two team leads, with the hiring manager also there. There were about two weeks between each stage. While I didn't end up getting an offer, I really liked how structured and respectful the whole process was. Since I come from a software development background, this experience actually helped me learn some new stuff in automation testing. I'm thankful for the chance msg gave me! :-)

The interview process started with a group discussion (GD). Following that, there was a technical round where I was asked about Docker containers, automation of production and deployment, CI/CD, subnets, TCP 3-way handshake, OSI layers, Python, and shell scripting. The next round was also technical, requiring me to write and run a Docker file.
