It started with a chat with HR, then there were two technical interviews where they checked my SAP knowledge and how I solve problems. It was a good way to see if I fit the main job stuff.

So first, I had an HR interview, then I got a technical task to do, and then there was the final interview. The task was to build a GUI app using Java, and I was given 3 days to finish it. After I submitted it, developers from msg evaluated my solution and asked me about how I approached it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Technical Behavioral

I found out about the opening on Naukri. The HR coordinator contacted me for a technical discussion after I provided my skills, current CTC, and expected CTC. The first round was technical and happened on the same day. The second round of technical discussion was a week later. The third round was an HR discussion, where they generally talked and then stated they couldn't even match my current CTC, which I found unethical and a waste of time. It seems the country head and the company are not mature enough to organize the process properly in advance. In the final interview, they said my CTC was too high, which might impact team stability, and other such excuses. The HR coordinator collects CTC and expected CTC details before shortlisting, so they could have filtered me then, but for some reason, they waited until the last moment. This indicates the company is not doing well in the market. Please don't encourage such companies. Think a thousand times before interviewing with them.

  • What was your previous company's salary?
