Associate Consultant
We started by discussing the job description, giving you a sense of what the role entails and the company's culture. Then, there were some behavioral questions, and they asked about your insurance knowledge. This part happened over Zoom because of the new COVID variant.
- Tell me about your experience with SAP.
Associate Consultant
I was contacted by HR and scheduled for a F2F interview, which was about an hour long for Round 1. They asked basic questions about my projects and OOPs concepts, then Hibernate and Spring MVC. The interview was good, friendly, and helpful. There were 3 technical rounds in total.
- Round 1: Core Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate (mainly Configuration).
- Round 2: Managerial (Technical)-- Algorithm, Spring-Hibernate Configuration, Real-time issue solving based on a scenario (they asked me to design a project architecture with database design).
- Round 3: Managerial (Technical)-- Mostly asked from previous Projects in my last Companies.
Associate Consultant
The interview process wasn't too tough. It included a Hiring Manager round and a Country Manager round. I was initially asked about my past experience and my salary expectations, and then had to wait a week to hear back.
