The consultancy will reach out if you are a good fit. If you're interested, HR will get in touch to set up an interview. If you pass, they'll send an offer letter for a specific role. Interestingly, after you join, you might receive a completely different offer letter, and in some instances, employees have ended up with a lower designation than expected.

Principal Consultant
The interview process involved a first technical round focusing on coding and Java basics, advanced concepts, cloud, and web/microservices. The second round was a mix of technical and managerial aspects. A third round was an interview with the head, followed by a fourth round with the HR head. An offer was extended, and the expectation was to join within 2-3 weeks post-interview. Overall, it was a good experience.
