I applied for the job through LinkedIn, and the hiring manager reached out to set up a Teams call. They mentioned I might talk to a second person, but it took over a week for that person to get in touch to schedule the interview. After we both did our interviews over Teams, I didn't hear back from anyone. It's weird because I haven't heard anything in over two months, and the job is still up on their site. Having someone from HR to talk to about the process, pay, or just to ask questions when the hiring managers weren't responding would have been great.

The hiring manager reached out to me directly to schedule the interview. After we met, he scheduled me to meet with another manager whom this position will work closely with. After this, the hiring manager set me up to meet with CFO. Keep in mind all of these communications and meetings were set up quickly. During the last meeting, the CFO mentioned references and mentioned how exciting it would be to chat soon. After that I heard nothing. I followed up with hiring manager who had been responding to me immediately, and received no response. I read a review from others and it seems they are known to ghost candidates. Well they may think this is clever, but having no regard for people’s time and preparation says a lot about their ethics and corporate culture. I enjoy accounts payable and can do that job with my eyes closed and it is a very important role in a business, but all of these interviews and especially with the CFO is totally unnecessary unless it’s like a 20 person firm. These people have been with this company for 25 and 30 plus years and they may have a certain dynamic they want to stick with in their organization and I didn’t fit the bill. I would never apply for any position with this company again, they do not have respect for others.

Moroch is one of those places where they either like you, interview you and hire you immediately or they don’t and pretty much ghost you. Months after I submitted my application they reached out for an interview. I interviewed with 3 people for about 30 mins and I thought it went really well. However, 2 weeks after the interview I never heard back from them. I had to reach out multiple times for them to finally respond 3 weeks later that I did not get the position. What’s wrong with these places and their complete disregard for people’s time?! What happened to common decency to let someone know they didn’t get the job so they can move on? They were all very nice but I don’t think this is a place I would want to work at anyway.

I applied for the internship during winter break, so it took a few weeks. The head of the internship program emailed me to offer an interview. The interview was in the office's lounge area, with a view of the Dallas skyline. The interviewers were very friendly. The questions were pretty standard, but she did ask some interesting ones, like asking me to pick three words to describe myself. We also chatted a bit about her career. The only downside is that she said she'd email me the next week to let me know if I got the internship, regardless of the outcome. It's been a month, and I still haven't heard back. I've sent two follow-up emails, but no response yet.
