Moroch General Intern Interview Questions
& Process

I had 2 rounds of interviews. It was a really chill and comfortable process. The interviewers were mainly interested in whether I'd be a good fit for the team. The first interview was with an HR person, and then I spoke with someone from the team I would be interning with.

I applied for the internship during winter break, so it took a few weeks. The head of the internship program emailed me to offer an interview. The interview was in the office's lounge area, with a view of the Dallas skyline. The interviewers were very friendly. The questions were pretty standard, but she did ask some interesting ones, like asking me to pick three words to describe myself. We also chatted a bit about her career. The only downside is that she said she'd email me the next week to let me know if I got the internship, regardless of the outcome. It's been a month, and I still haven't heard back. I've sent two follow-up emails, but no response yet.

Applied online and heard back about a week later for an interview. It got delayed by 30 minutes, and then the interviewer was another 20 minutes late because of a personal emergency. I get it, but she was flustered and seemed to have a bad day, and should've rescheduled. Because of the delay, we didn't have much time and the interview felt awkward for an hour and a half. I knew I wouldn't get the job after her snarky comments about my resume. The company culture seemed cliquey too. I was relieved to get a generic email the next day saying they'd filled the position.
