First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Moroch.
Account Coordinator
The interview process was quite relaxed. I met with the people I would be working with directly. We had a good conversation that led to some interesting questions and discussion points. It seemed like they enjoyed working with each other and with colleagues in other departments of their agency.
- Could you tell me about your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
- Would you rather have a flexible boss or a boss who is the opposite?
Account Coordinator
The interview process was quite standard and flowed well. Initially, I had a short phone chat with the account supervisor and director where they asked about my background and abilities. Then, about one to two weeks later, I came in for an in-person meeting with the account director, supervisor, account executive, and senior account executive. The in-person part felt very conversational and relaxed.
- Can you name a person or fictional character from pop culture (like TV, radio, or music) that you most identify with?
Account Coordinator
The interview itself was pretty standard, just the usual questions. What really got to me though was how disorganized everything was for nearly two months. They said they'd schedule a second interview but never gave me a date, and then out of the blue told me they'd hired someone else. I was only dealing with the Houston hiring office and couldn't even get in touch with the actual branch I applied to.
