Customer Service Supervisor
The interview process was super quick and painless. I applied and got an offer in just about 8 days. They reached out the same day I applied, and my first phone interview was two days later. After that, I went to the East Providence office for an in-person chat with the CS Manager and the Head of Customer Service. The last interview was online with someone from the People team and a Senior CS Supervisor from the UK. It was really cool how they made the final interview work despite the big time difference – they were really flexible. I finished that last talk on a Friday and was told I'd hear back early the next week. To my surprise, I got the job offer by email just 45 minutes later. The whole thing was really fast and professional.

Product Manager
I went through a pretty long interview process. It started with a screening call with the in-house talent team. After that, I had a 1-hour Zoom interview with the Head of Product, followed by another 1-hour Zoom interview with the Head of Engineering. The last part was in their Camden office where I did a task for an hour and then had a cultural interview focusing on company values. Everyone I met was really professional and friendly throughout. I didn't get much feedback on why I wasn't selected, but it seems like a great company, and I'd definitely consider interviewing again if a suitable role comes up.
- Can you share an instance when you had to manage a challenging stakeholder?
Data Scientist
So, the data science interview usually kicks off with a chat with HR or a recruiter to see if your background and how you talk are a good fit. Then, there's a technical screen, which might have some Python or SQL coding challenges. After that, you could have a technical interview or a case study where they'll want to know about data analysis, ML models, and how you measure things. You'll often get to talk about your past projects too, explaining how you dealt with cleaning data, building models, and what your results meant. Sometimes, there's a behavioral or culture fit interview to check out your teamwork skills and how you solve problems. The last part might be a manager interview or a business case to figure out if you're a good long-term match for the company.
- Can you share a difficult or memorable interview question you've faced and explain your response?
- Tell me about a challenging interview question you encountered and your approach to answering it.
Account Executive
The interview process was good, although a bit repetitive. The first two interviews felt very similar, conducted by different managers, and covered the same ground regarding background and personality traits. The third and final interview was with the Sales Manager (NA) and Head of Sales, which was a positive experience and explored topics in more depth. However, it's been over four weeks since that last interview with no follow-up. I assume I'm not the right fit or they've moved on, but the lack of communication is disappointing, especially from a company that claims to value its people.
