First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MOO.
Account Manager
The interview process had 4 rounds, including the first chat with the recruiter. Each round involved meeting one of my direct managers and a teammate. The final round included a task to show off my skills for the role. While 4 rounds seems like a lot, I liked that the team was thorough. It shows that Moo doesn't just hire anyone, they make sure the people they bring on will fit with the current team's vibe, skills, and work well together.
- Deliver a sales pitch for a made-up company.
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty fast, which is great when you're looking for a job. It took about a month from when I applied until I got the offer. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. Some questions were a bit tough, but it didn't feel like they were trying to make things hard for me, which I appreciated.
- Could you tell me about any tools you use for managing your tasks, daily schedule, or priorities?
Account Manager
The process was pretty average, I met with different people on the team. It wasn't too difficult, mostly focused on getting to know me as a person, how I like to work, and my background as it relates to the role. They were interested in my transferrable skills.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What would you consider your weaknesses?
- Describe a time you dealt with a specific scenario.
