Had 3 interviews with my future boss, a peer, and someone from another team. It was all about checking cultural fit and if I had the skills. Took about 3 weeks and then I got the offer pretty quick. Super fast process.

The interview was pretty easy, the interviewer didn't ask a lot of questions and mostly made fun of my previous role. They also made several comments about immigrants taking jobs and sending money back home. I'm pretty sure this wouldn't have been a good fit based on the comments made during the interview.

I went through four interviews for an HR position recently and was really excited about it, but then the company ghosted me. I never heard back about my application status, which was really disappointing given the company's reputation. As an HR professional with over 15 years of experience, this lack of communication was unacceptable. In my entire career, I've never experienced a situation where a company didn't follow up after multiple interviews to at least inform me if I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I interviewed for a Global Social Media Manager role. The interview process included a recruiter call, a phone interview, and then a half-day in-person interview with 6 people. This was followed by a 45-minute case study. The interview went well and I was offered the job a few days later, but the offer was lower than my minimum salary requirement, which I had stated multiple times. Despite the HR Manager's assurances that my salary expectations were positive, the offer was not what we discussed. The company's focus on my current salary, rather than the role's value, was a concern. Many people commented on my qualifications and how others lacked understanding of the role. They seemed to have been trying to fill this position since the beginning of the year. I found the salary offered to be offensive and potentially racially motivated. Fortunately, I am employed and have other offers that value my skills.
