Behavioral Presentation

I had a panel interview with the sales team. It started with a fellow Sales Development Representative (SDR) and then moved to an Account Executive (AE). I'll be talking about collaboration, having a growth mindset, how to align sales strategies, building relationships, closing deals, and hitting revenue goals using new ideas and focusing on the customer.

Behavioral Presentation Technical Case

It started with me being asked about my experience. Then I had to build a presentation using a trial instance with just a few materials. Over two days, I interviewed with a bunch of people: the SE manager, another SE, an AE, and a post-sales SA. I also spoke with upper management. Each person had their own questions, and they probably asked everyone the same thing. It was a bit formal and stiff. The last person might have been fishing for competitive intel about my last company. They hit me with a lot of pointed questions about my old product, and I was a bit reluctant to give straight answers because they felt off. This was in the final interview, and they grilled me the whole time, it wasn't just a formality. His questions jumped around a lot, going back and forth between my recent jobs. Then they called to let me know I didn't get the job, instead of just an email.

Technical Behavioral

Had 5 interviews , first screening with the hiring manager then 2 Technical interviews 1 with customer management then the last interview with the hiring manager HR is very responsive ==================== The HR and Hiring manager are very cooperative and open about the process and the role the TECH interview though was very conversational and very basic for a role that was promoted to be heavy skills required !! .. with no real way to measure your skills or abilities and yet the have the audacity to say you're refused because of the lack of in-depth tech skills !!! very disappointed in the Tech questions and engineers the process is very chaotic and very startup behavior 2 out of 5 interviews could have been simply ignored as i believe they got nothing out of it other than wasting my time

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got a call back pretty fast and had a phone screen that same week. I didn't move on since my experience wasn't a fit, but I wanted to share my positive experience with the recruiter, Megan. She was amazing, way better than most recruiters who just forget about you after they pass on you, making you feel like a non-person. I always ask for feedback, and even though I know it's tough with lots of candidates, she actually called me back to give me feedback personally. She was a joy to work with. I think the next steps after the recruiter screen involve the design team reviewing my portfolio/resume, followed by a phone interview with the Design Manager, and then an on-site where I'd present my work and have 1:1s.
