I went through three interviews total. Two were online, and the last one was in person where I met the staff. It was a pretty chill interview, especially if you know your sales and management stuff (like talking about numbers). First, I talked to the recruiter, then the regional manager. Finally, I met the regional manager again at the spa itself, met the team, and got a tour of the place.

Behavioral Presentation

So at Milan Laser, the interview process is basically three steps to see if you've got the skills and if you'd fit in. First, there's a phone call to chat about your experience and how you communicate. Then, you hop on a Zoom call to check out your professionalism, personality, and how you'd handle different situations. The last interview is in person, where you meet the leaders, see the clinic, and talk more about what they expect. They do it this way to make sure they hire people who are good at service, work well with others, and get results.

I applied on 9/7 and heard back from Jennifer Ratajski on 9/9 to schedule a phone interview for 9/12. Jennifer was great to talk to, answered all my questions, and asked me some good questions about my interest and qualifications. She then invited me to a second interview with Jewel Hernandez, the supervisor at the Holland MI location, on 9/16. It was in-person, and Jewel was really nice and welcoming. She asked me more formal questions, gave me a tour, and answered my questions. Later that day, Jennifer called to set up the final interview with Mindy, the regional lead, for 9/18 via video chat. This was a formal Q&A where Mindy was honest about the job and asked tougher questions to ensure I was a good fit. A few hours after that, Jennifer called with an offer. The whole process was impressive, thorough, and quick, taking only 9 business days from application to offer. It showed Milan cares about their hires and team quality, and the communication was incredible throughout.

I found the job on LinkedIn and Indeed.com. Talent acquisition reached out via email to schedule a phone call interview that was about 20 minutes long. I chatted with a really nice recruiter who discussed the role and asked me some questions. They let me know right away if I would be moving forward to the next step, which was an in-clinic interview with the clinic manager. Two days later, I had my interview at the clinic. It was a great experience, very informative, and I was asked a few more questions. They also gave me a tour of the clinic and mentioned I might hear back by the end of the day. I actually got a call the same day with a job offer! I accepted via email and I'm excited to start soon!!
