I applied on 9/7 and heard back from Jennifer Ratajski on 9/9 to schedule a phone interview for 9/12. Jennifer was great to talk to, answered all my questions, and asked me some good questions about my interest and qualifications. She then invited me to a second interview with Jewel Hernandez, the supervisor at the Holland MI location, on 9/16. It was in-person, and Jewel was really nice and welcoming. She asked me more formal questions, gave me a tour, and answered my questions. Later that day, Jennifer called to set up the final interview with Mindy, the regional lead, for 9/18 via video chat. This was a formal Q&A where Mindy was honest about the job and asked tougher questions to ensure I was a good fit. A few hours after that, Jennifer called with an offer. The whole process was impressive, thorough, and quick, taking only 9 business days from application to offer. It showed Milan cares about their hires and team quality, and the communication was incredible throughout.

Behavioral Presentation

The interviewing process was really smooth. After I sent in my resume, they emailed me to set up a video call. Chastity, who interviewed me first, was great and made me feel really comfortable. She then scheduled me to meet with the Manager at Milan in my area. My in-person interview was the very next day, which shows how efficient they are! As soon as I got there, I was welcomed with smiles and felt at ease. I could tell it was a team I'd enjoy working with. They showed me around, and then I interviewed with Nicole. Nicole asked questions really well and was very professional. You could just feel her enthusiasm for the company, and it was contagious! After the interview, I was sure this is where I wanted to work! I got the job offer the following day and am excited to start my career at Milan!

Behavioral Other

I had a first round phone interview, and then a second in-person onsite one-to-one interview. The first phone interview went well, but the second interview did not go well. They keep sending me job listings but then turning me down immediately. I told them to please stop spamming me because obviously I'm not young enough for their tastes to hire. In my opinion, they were very obvious about not hiring me due to my age, which is actually fine since their hourly pay is horribly low, as in barely over $30/hour, and required Saturdays/eight-hour shifts.
