First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Milan Laser Hair Removal.
Client Specialist
The interview process was really smooth and quick. They asked me about how I do things in my current job and how those skills would translate to this role. I also got to ask them any questions I had.
- A client is unhappy because they can't get an appointment for the next two weeks. What's your approach to resolving this?
- Given your experience as a cashier, how would you apply those skills to a client specialist role?
Client Specialist
The interview process is pretty straightforward, with a recruiter screening you first. If you pass that, you'll have an in-person interview with the clinic manager. Having a background in aesthetics is a plus. You need to be customer-focused, comfortable talking to all sorts of people, okay with selling, and have a flexible schedule. Just be aware that it can take a while to hear back after the interviews, which is apparently normal. The recruiter did make some promises about pay and growth that turned out to be false.
- How would you manage client priorities?
- Describe your approach to selling a package.
Client Specialist
The job interview process was misleading. They didn't accurately describe what the job actually entailed. There was no mention of not having any customers, sitting for extended periods doing nothing.
- Were you asked about how you would handle a situation with no new clinics and no customers?
- Did they ask about what you would do if you had to sit for 10+ hours a day doing nothing?
