Management Trainee
You will have several interviews and an exam that covers high school subjects. The department you are assigned to will depend on when you apply. For some departments, you must have taken certain college courses. You get to list your preferred workplace assignments.

Appraiser
After applying online, they immediately scheduled me an online exam and initial interview with the HR the next day. The HR was nice and let me speak Filipino at some point. I got the invitation for the final interview more than a month later due to some issues, and they informed me it would be face-to-face.
- What makes you stand out from the other candidates?
Operations Management Trainee
The interview process started with a quick and easy SMS call. If you get endorsed from there, you'll be given a test the next day. The test is an online aptitude test that takes about 2 hours. The last stage is the final panel interview which is onsite and is the hardest part.
