The hiring team was great, they knew their stuff about the roles and were happy to answer any questions I had. They kept me updated and helped me through the whole process. They asked straightforward questions to see if I was interested in the role and the bank, which is a good way to assess internship candidates.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. We went to their office in Makati on the scheduled date. They handled hiring for all positions at once. First, there was a typical exam covering English, Math, and Abstract Reasoning. After that, we waited to see if we passed. If we did, we proceeded to a group interview with a couple of other candidates. Then we went home and waited for a call or email about the results.

I sent in my resume and heard back from HR about two weeks later to schedule an interview. The interview process was quick. First, I had an interview with HR that had easy questions, and then I interviewed with the head of the department.
