Arrived at the assessment venue 30 mins before schedule, but the exam started over an hour late with no facilitator. Was called out by HR before the exam and told I wasn't qualified. HR then told me to come back later that day for an interview for a 'relevant' position. The interview started over an hour late again. They offered a position unrelated to my field. They should have sent a rejection email instead of inviting me for an assessment and should do background checks beforehand.
