The interviewer was professional but the questions felt hard, especially for someone like me who hasn't worked before. They also seemed to only hire people who had prior banking experience.

I attended Metrobank's Career Day and got to skip the exam because of my college credentials. After about a 30-minute wait, I was interviewed. The interviewer was professional and asked a lot of questions, some personal, like a friendly chat, and I felt I answered them well. I was told to expect an email for a final interview in 2 weeks. However, I got the email just a few days later. For the final interview at Metrobank Plaza, I spoke with an HR representative who was young and friendly. They asked similar questions to the first interview. I felt neutral about this interview. After leaving, I got an email within minutes of finding Wi-Fi, stating I didn't get the job. This was okay because Bank Teller is far from my college major.

I applied online and was sent a link for an initial screening. After passing that, I received a link to complete a form. Following the form, I was invited to an online assessment. After successfully completing the first assessment, I was sent a link for a second assessment. I waited about two weeks for the results of the second assessment before being invited for an interview. The assessments were quite challenging, focusing heavily on logic and abstract reasoning. The interview itself was average; some questions were difficult as they aimed to test my integrity. After the interview, the interviewer shook my hand, said positive things, and I'm still waiting for their response as it's only been two days since the interview. God bless all applicants, hope this review helps you!
